Paralegal – Medellín (On-site)

About the role

A U.S.-based law firm is hiring a full-time, on-site Paralegal for its Administrative Resource Center in Medellín, Colombia. You will work closely with an experienced U.S. legal team and gain hands-on experience supporting high-profile litigation cases. Comprehensive training is provided and no prior U.S. law experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Assist attorneys and senior paralegals with drafting legal documents
• Manage case files
• Conduct legal research
• Coordinate litigation support tasks

Required profile

• Licensed attorney in Colombia
• C1-level English (oral and written)
• Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Paralegal or legal assistant experience is a plus

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Case management software

• Monthly salary of COP 4,000,000
