Business Development Representative – Company Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Representative (Company Partnerships Executive) to join our global team. Working remotely from Medellin, you will help expand our network of corporate partners and bring meaningful internship opportunities to a worldwide pool of talent.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build targeted prospect lists of global organisations across 20+ industries.
• Execute a multi‑platform cold‑outreach strategy (LinkedIn, email, phone, events) to engage potential partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle, moving qualified leads through the pipeline and converting them into partnerships.
• Lead discovery calls and presentations, tailoring proposals to each partner’s needs.
• Oversee partner onboarding onto our technology platform.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative communication and social‑media content.

Required profile

• Motivated, results‑driven professional with a strong B2B sales mindset.
• Experience owning the end‑to‑end sales process and managing pipelines.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
