About the role

New Silver is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to source new leads, engage real‑estate investors, builders and developers, and set appointments for the internal sales team. This remote position is ideal for candidates passionate about sales, real‑estate financing, and fintech.

Key responsibilities

Proactively source and qualify new leads and potential borrowers.
Make 20‑30 outbound calls daily to real‑estate investors, builders, and developers.
Introduce New Silver’s short‑term loan products and educate prospects.
Schedule meetings with qualified leads for the internal sales team.
Maintain lead data and ensure consistent follow‑up communication.

Required profile

2+ years of experience in sales, real‑estate, or financial services.
Experience in the U.S. real‑estate market is preferred.
Strong verbal communication and ability to build rapport.
Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Neutral or light accent for engaging U.S.-based clients.
