Call Center Recruiting Agent - Remote

About the role

INDI is looking for a Call Center Recruiting Agent to join its Recruiting Team and take part in projects with multicultural teams spread around the world. The role suits proactive, detail-oriented people with strong analytical skills, teamwork and multitasking abilities, and offers room to grow within a fast-growing company.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sourcing process: post job openings on job boards, headhunt, use social networks, filter CVs and contact candidates.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviews, technical exams, candidate presentation and closing.
• Negotiate with candidates and start the hiring process.
• Understand each client's and vacancy's needs so the recruitment fits them.
• Work with the sales team to support business development.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of the IT market.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Studies in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Advanced English.
