Campaign Programming Specialist

About the role

The Campaign Programming Specialist will support the execution, quality assurance, and deployment of customer marketing campaigns across multiple channels using MoEngage as the primary platform. Reporting to US‑based team members, the role requires advanced English and strong organizational skills.

Key responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy campaigns across email, mobile push, SMS, in‑app messaging, and future channels.
• Configure customer journeys, audience segments, schedules, and content based on business requirements.
• Perform comprehensive quality assurance testing and ensure campaigns meet standards before launch.
• Assist with audience segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content validation.
• Collaborate with Customer Marketing, CRM Strategy, Analytics, Creative, and Technology teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital/CRM marketing, campaign execution, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with MoEngage, Braze, Iterable, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Basic HTML knowledge and email marketing best practices.
• Familiarity with audience segmentation, customer journey concepts, and SQL or CDP concepts.
• Understanding of CRM reporting and marketing analytics.
