Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Digital Services & Platform Director

About the role

We are merging two core tech operations (INA and Inmov Tech) into a single digital transformation unit and need a business‑driven technology leader to head the billable digital services unit with full P&L responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the integration of two distinct delivery cultures (a structured U.S. operation and a fast‑paced Colombian operation) into a unified digital services organization.
• Establish unified software development governance, capacity planning, engineering standards, and delivery metrics.
• Redesign the business model to generate recurring revenue through proprietary platforms and SaaS offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field; MBA or Master’s in Technology Management highly preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience in technology, with at least 5 years leading software engineering or technology teams.
• Proven track record directing a client‑facing, billable delivery operation with P&L responsibility.

Required skills

• Experience consolidating technical teams with differing delivery cadences and operational cultures.
• Strong command of software development governance, capacity planning, and engineering standards.
• Hands‑on experience building and scaling digital platforms designed to generate recurring revenue.
