Client Onboarding Specialist (Legal)

About the role

The Property Claims Onboarding Specialist welcomes newly signed clients, gathers complete case information, and ensures a smooth handoff to the legal team. This role is essential for building accurate client files and supporting attorneys in property loss cases.

Key responsibilities

• Receive live transfers from Intake/Sales and conduct comprehensive onboarding calls.
• Collect and verify client, property, insurance, and mortgage details, as well as supporting documents.
• Document the client’s story and all claim information in the case management system.
• Prepare case notes, letters of representation, and assign the appropriate attorney.
• Maintain familiarity with state‑specific procedures for Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, and Colorado.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in property insurance, legal intake, or client onboarding.
• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation; Spanish bilingualism strongly preferred.
• Strong phone presence, active listening, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or case management software.
• Proficiency in documenting client information accurately.
