Client Partner – Nearshore Mexico & LATAM

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Account Manager to grow our Nearshore business in Mexico and LATAM for customers in the USA, UK and Europe. The role combines new‑business development, consultative selling and strategic account management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy to acquire international customers seeking Nearshore technology, engineering and IT services.
• Promote Nearshore solutions, create proposals, staffing plans and Statements of Work, and manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with strategic accounts, drive cross‑selling and up‑selling, and conduct regular account reviews.
• Coordinate with delivery, recruitment and technical teams in Mexico and LATAM to translate customer requirements into staffing and delivery solutions.
• Own sales targets, maintain a healthy pipeline, track opportunities in CRM and provide regular forecasts to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, engineering or related field (preferred).
• 5–10+ years of experience in business development, account management or sales of IT/technology services.
• Proven track record selling to customers in the USA, UK and/or Europe and managing enterprise or mid‑market accounts.
• Fluent English (professional) and native Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and executive‑level communication skills.
