Cold Calling Specialist – Portuguese

About the role

Join Marsh's Commercial/Business Development team as a Cold Calling Specialist focused on proactive prospecting, lead qualification, and meeting generation. This hybrid position is based in Bogota, Colombia, requiring at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Identify target companies aligned with commercial strategy and build qualified prospect lists.
• Map decision‑making structures, including final decision‑makers, influencers, and technical stakeholders.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels to qualify prospects.
• Assess prospect needs and schedule qualified meetings for the commercial team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, update pipeline stages and monitor conversion metrics.

Required profile

• Experience in active prospecting, lead qualification, pre‑sales, SDR or inside sales.
• Strong understanding of the commercial funnel and pipeline management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a consultative selling approach.
• Fluency in Portuguese (native preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and data discipline.
• Ability to use phone, email and LinkedIn for outreach.
