Commercial Operations Analyst – Contracts

About the role

NielsenIQ is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to join its Contract Management team. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and finalising sell‑side licensing agreements for North America clients, with the possibility to broaden scope later.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and release contracts and amendments in line with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and other functions to ensure contract terms meet business requirements.
• Enter mandatory data into contract databases and trackers, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support special projects as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in procurement, sales support or related fields.
• Strong written communication, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions and collaborate across teams.

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) or CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
