Job description
About the role
Visa is looking for a Consultant to lead global initiatives that improve the adoption, readiness and performance of Visa Acceptance Network Products. Key responsibilities
- Identify adoption and performance gaps across issuers, acquirers and merchants, then support targeted activation, migration, optimization and cross-sell programs.
- Monitor fulfilment, match rates, approval performance, utilization and client readiness, and turn findings into remediation plans with Product, regional and client-facing teams.
- Help build a consistent, integrated onboarding journey with clear prerequisites, documentation, hand-offs and implementation support for CSM, TAM and Client Services teams.
- Coordinate client and internal readiness for new or expanding products, including pilots, enablement, collateral, issue resolution and regional rollout support.
- Set up feedback loops and monitoring for product performance, cases and incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop country, regional and global reporting on readiness, adoption, performance, risks and value opportunities.
- Analyze large datasets to find gaps and root causes, and present clear recommendations to senior executives.
- Design dashboards, reporting methodologies and governance for adoption, readiness, compliance and post-production performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative, technical, business or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in payments, banking, financial services, consulting, analytics or a similar data-intensive environment.
- Proven project management experience across multiple functions and concurrent workstreams.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence without direct authority.
- English required; Spanish desired.
Required skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capability, turning transaction and client data into decisions.
- Experience with large-scale reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Excel.
- Working knowledge of payment message data, including ISO 8583 concepts, is desirable.
- Hands-on experience leading data-driven optimization, client enablement, operational readiness or product-performance initiatives.
- Experience with AI-assisted analytics or workflow automation is an advantage.
