Content Management Team Member

About the role

The Content Management Team Member will act as a trusted content advisor, collaborating with diverse clients to develop and execute cohesive content strategies. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality enterprise content, optimizing SEO, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the National Content Management team, ensuring seamless delivery of content services.
• Collaborate with Knowledge Management teams to create comprehensive content strategies and drive adoption of KM technologies such as intranets and collaboration platforms.
• Manage multiple projects from planning to execution, maintaining documentation, communication, and timely escalation of issues.
• Supervise and coach junior team members, providing feedback and fostering professional development.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (MBA) with 4‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written English (B2+), capable of interfacing with all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and deliver consistent, accurate results.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Office 365 collaboration tools.
• Experience with content management systems such as SharePoint.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics (Google Analytics).
• Basic graphic design, responsive web design, information architecture, and cybersecurity awareness.
• Strong understanding of Knowledge Management, taxonomy, metadata, and community management.
