Costing Controller - Service Delivery L2-2

About the role

Sanofi's Global Business Services organization is hiring a Costing Controller (Service Delivery) for its Bogotá Hub, supporting the North America region. The role provides financial insights, ensures transparency in cost management, supports ISC costing calculations and drives operational efficiency through analysis and business partnering, working closely with Service Delivery leaders, FP&A teams and Controlling stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze service delivery and operational costs across multiple business units and sites in North America.
• Perform detailed COGS and cost analysis to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.
• Execute and support ISC costing calculation processes and ensure proper cost allocations in line with internal policies, accounting standards and financial controls.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and prepare monthly cost reports, variance analyses and management insights.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and planning, and partner with FP&A and Controlling teams on reporting alignment.
• Review operational processes, recommend improvements and support transformation and continuous improvement projects.
• Standardize and simplify costing processes in the Bogotá Hub and support digital solutions, analytics tools and dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Controlling, Cost Accounting, Cost Analysis, FP&A or related finance functions.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Experience in shared services, global business services or hub environments is preferred.
• Advanced English required; Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Understanding of costing methodologies, cost allocation and financial controls.
• COGS analysis and manufacturing/service costing environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel; SAP and reporting/BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of Service Delivery models and cost drivers is a plus.
