Country Finance Manager (CFM) – Corporate GOC

About the role

Johnson & Johnson Global Services is seeking a Country Finance Manager (CFM) for Corporate GOC to lead financial accounting and reporting functions in Bogotá, Colombia. The role serves as the primary authority on actuals, ensuring accurate US GAAP financial results and supporting external reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the trial balance, coordinate income statement and balance sheet reviews, and manage BS‑75 reporting and related controls.
• Approve actuals submissions in BRAVO, ensure compliance with SOX controls, and partner with PwC, GAA, and Compliance for audit requests.
• Lead migration activities into Global Services and drive special projects such as SigniFi to influence next‑generation technology solutions.
• Provide trusted controllership services to senior leadership, enabling transformations and influencing financial decisions.

Required profile

• Fluent in English with a minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; advanced degree or CPA/CMA preferred.
• At least 5 years of finance or related business experience; prior managerial or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and the broader Office suite.
• Experience with Lynx, CFIN, AFO and Bravo financial systems.
