About the role
Sutherland is seeking a Credit Operations Analyst to join its team in Barranquilla. The role focuses on end‑to‑end credit account management, supporting credit card, consumer lending and loan operations.
Key responsibilities
- Drive ticket resolution and manage B2B account inquiries across credit programs.
- Maintain configuration workflows and ensure compliance with performance benchmarks, including a 70%+ assessment threshold.
- Handle 15–30+ accounts concurrently while meeting strict service standards.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in credit card or lending operations with strong knowledge of credit decisioning, CRA tools and collections.
- Fluent Spanish and B2‑level English for client‑facing interactions.
- Ability to work in Jira/VDI environments and manage multiple accounts under performance pressure.
Required skills
- Functional API knowledge and basic coding capabilities.
- Operational familiarity with Jira and VDI tools.
- Experience with credit process tools such as CRA systems and collections platforms.
