Customer Service Representative

About the role

Provide real‑time video chat support to customers shopping in retail store locations, acting as the face of the brand and helping shoppers make confident purchasing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming video chat calls from in‑store customers promptly and professionally.
• Guide customers through product information, inventory, promotions, loyalty programs, and explain returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranty policies.
• Troubleshoot product‑related issues and escalate complex cases to management while maintaining satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer records in compliance with security and confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• Bilingual English/Spanish with 1‑3 years of retail, e‑commerce, or high‑volume customer support experience.
• Comfortable using video‑conferencing tools, computers and tablets, with a clear, friendly, professional speaking voice.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and ability to work scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Basic technology operation (computers, tablets).
