Customer Service Representative (Spanish / English)

About the role

Binance, a global cryptocurrency exchange, is looking for a Customer Service Representative who speaks both Spanish and English. Support is delivered through a ticketing system and live chat, covering customer queries, complaints and identity approval processes. Applicants must speak both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Handle back-office tickets and provide 7x24 online enquiry and email reply services to customers.
• Answer customer enquiries, give advice and handle suggestions via email or online tools.
• Support other business units with customer liaison, document requests and advice accurately and give feedback in writing.
• Handle customer complaints, special cases and ad hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Customer service experience is not required, though previous financial industry experience is beneficial.
• College degree or above.
• Trilingual speaker: native Spanish, advanced English and another language preferred.
• High level of honesty and integrity, proactive and meticulous, with a sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Able to work under pressure, with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work under different work shifts and passion for the crypto industry.
