About the role
A finance service desk in Medellín, Colombia is looking for a customer-focused professional with experience in customer service and finance. The position is full-time and 100% onsite, handling financial inquiries, resolving customer concerns and giving accurate information on accounts, billing, payments and transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries about billing, payments, accounts and financial transactions.
- Resolve customer issues and payment discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with finance teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Meet customer satisfaction, quality and productivity targets.
Required profile
- Previous customer service experience with a background in finance or financial services.
- Knowledge of billing, payments, banking or account management.
- Willingness to work completely onsite in Medellín, Colombia.
Required skills
- Strong communication, numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
