Remote Title Analyst

About the role

World Business Lenders offers short-term, real estate-backed commercial loans to small and medium-sized businesses in the United States. It is hiring a Title Analyst on a full-time, fully remote basis, working from 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, with occasional extra hours. The position requires strong spoken and written English.

Key responsibilities

• Review title commitments and understand their requirements and exceptions so liens can be positioned correctly.
• Analyze legal documents such as deeds, mortgages, lien releases, corporate documents and authorizations with attention to detail.
• Interpret legal descriptions, surveys and title exceptions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Finance; a solid understanding of U.S. real estate and title insurance review is essential.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in title clearance, title examination and closing operations, including reviewing title commitments and ensuring a clear title for closings.
• Experience in lending, title or escrow settings reviewing purchase, refinance and commercial files is a plus.
• Preferred: title insurance, mortgage lending or escrow experience, comfort with lien verification and closing documents.

Required skills

• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with title platforms such as CSC, NETRO or similar systems.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, time management and teamwork.
