Customer Success Manager – Marketing Cloud

About the role

The Customer Success team within Signature Success is seeking a driven Customer Success Manager to be the primary contact for Salesforce’s largest Marketing Cloud customers. You will partner with a small portfolio of accounts, focusing on their business goals and ensuring they derive maximum value from their Salesforce investment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the Marketing Cloud Subject Matter Expert, overseeing technical and operational configuration for customers.
• Coordinate delivery of Signature Success services, manage renewals and expansions, and act as the main point of contact during high‑severity incidents.
• Provide proactive guidance on new Salesforce features, conduct quarterly reviews, and deliver tailored release recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with customer IT and business leaders, and collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer success, SaaS platform management, or technology consulting.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to influence executives and C‑level stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business‑friendly terms.
• Willingness to provide occasional after‑hours or weekend coverage as needed.

• Salesforce platform expertise, especially Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with marketing automation, personalization, and digital marketing processes.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying trends and recommending enhancements.
• Advanced English proficiency.
