Data Analyst II

About the role

Otter is looking for a Data Analyst II to help restaurants succeed in online food delivery by turning data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL, Python, and Looker Studio.
• Integrate with business operations across the customer lifecycle to model data, report KPIs, and automate workflows.
• Perform deep‑dive analysis of operating metrics, develop hypotheses, and present findings to leadership.
• Communicate analysis results effectively to support decision‑making and prioritization.
• Work autonomously to break down complex problems into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Academic background in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics with coursework in statistics.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in data analytics or technical strategy roles.
• High degree of autonomy and self‑management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with advanced English fluency.
