Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Join QuantumBlack Studio to collaborate with a global network of technologists, designers, and strategists, helping clients transform their businesses through innovative digital solutions. You will work hands‑on with clients across industries, building software products from the ground up while mentoring client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full‑stack applications and digital products for diverse clients.
• Coach and mentor client teams on engineering best practices, user‑centric design, and Agile values.
• Co‑create technical capabilities and cultures that sustain long‑term success.
• Participate in cross‑functional problem‑solving sessions with client leaders to shape digital strategies.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience building readable, testable, maintainable, and scalable full‑stack applications.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong time‑management and communication skills in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Frontend: TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Tailwind.
• Backend: Python, Node.js, Java/Spring, C#/.NET.
• Databases: SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, ETL.
• LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration, agent frameworks, MCPs, evaluation frameworks.
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP; Docker; CI/CD pipelines.
• Automated testing, logging, monitoring, system reliability.
• Agile methodologies and pair programming.
