Data Analyst – Power BI Specialist

J.S. Held is seeking a Data Analyst to join its Technical Services team. The role combines data preparation, pipeline construction, and the creation of visual analytics that support both internal stakeholders and external clients. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, strategic, and comfortable working across a variety of analytical tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business partners and translate key metrics into high‑quality analytics solutions.
• Design impactful visualizations and dashboards that enable informed decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, integrating data from multiple source systems.
• Champion innovative practices for data integration, testing, deployment, and reporting.
• Ensure solutions adhere to data governance standards and risk‑compliance policies.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience using Power BI as the primary analysis and visualization tool.
• Minimum 4 years of experience developing queries and working with data from diverse sources.
