Delivery Director - Remote

About the role

BairesDev, a technology services company with more than 15 years of experience delivering solutions to large clients and startups, is looking for a Delivery Director to join its Management team. The role covers projects built by multicultural teams spread around the world, and suits proactive, organized people who can handle several tasks at once.

Key responsibilities

• Direct project management practices using agile methodologies for your portfolio.
• Collaborate with the PMO to run processes and strategies for your team of Project Managers.
• Ensure consistent HR policies in close collaboration with Px.
• Support delivery managers and project managers, escalating relevant issues to the VP when needed.
• Define the global forecast for your project portfolio.
• Make sure your team follows established methodologies and processes.
• Work with Account VPs to solve complex client problems and ensure clear, professional communication between Project Managers and customers.
• Secure customer and team satisfaction across all projects.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience managing software outsourcing projects (Personnel, Time and Materials, and Budgets).
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer.
• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced English level.
