About the role
We are looking for a Designer who will be responsible for executing and adapting campaign assets across various formats, channels, and regional requirements. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality visual work quickly while maintaining consistency.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and adapt visual assets for digital, social media, retail and campaign formats.
- Ensure designs meet digital‑first requirements and are optimized for multiple sizes and markets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver assets at speed without compromising quality.
- Utilize AI tools for image generation, asset adaptation, and visual ideation.
- Maintain high attention to detail and consistency across all deliverables.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic or digital design, preferably in campaign execution.
- Strong visual execution and layout skills with ability to adapt concepts across formats.
- High attention to detail and ability to work quickly while preserving quality.
Required skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- After Effects (optional)
- Proficiency with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini.
