Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO, Social Media & Paid Ads)

About the role

A motivated Digital Marketing Specialist is sought to join the team onsite in Barranquilla. The role focuses heavily on SEO execution, including link building strategy, keyword research and content optimization, social media marketing and paid ad management.

Key responsibilities

• Execute SEO tasks and monitor performance using Ahrefs
• Develop and implement effective link building strategies
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
• Update and maintain website content using WordPress
• Create and edit visual assets using Photoshop
• Assist with social media marketing and content planning
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns
• Use AI tools to support content creation, research, reporting and workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns

Required profile

• Proficient in SEO best practices
• Experience with social media marketing and paid ad management
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• English level C1 or higher, spoken and written
• Availability to work onsite in the Barranquilla office
