Marketing Assistant – Creator & Creative Ops

About the role

Manukora, a global wellness brand based in New Zealand and a leader in the US Mānuka honey category, is looking for a Marketing Assistant to run its social marketing engine. Most of the time is spent on creative operations (organising assets from creators, partners, production and editors) and partnerships operations (onboarding, tracking, paying and following up creators consistently). The role is fully remote, with good overlap with US working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Creative asset intake: act as the central point for assets from creators, partners, production, video editors and the internal team
• Keep the asset library clean: check files are complete, name and tag them, store them in the right Google Drive and Descript locations, fix access issues and route them to the right people
• Maintain the creator and affiliate tracker accurately, from first agreement to posted content
• Coordinate approved product shipments, log tracking, send creators their links and follow up on posts
• Handle partnership admin: contracts, briefs, deliverable checklists, usage rights and creator payments on time
• Save creator content (including stories before they expire) and check posts for required disclosures
• Pick up projects across the wider marketing team as priorities shift, and automate repetitive manual steps

Required profile

• Active on Instagram and TikTok and understands how creators and social content work
• Experience in a marketing, creator, social media or operations support role, ideally at a DTC or consumer brand
• Exceptional attention to detail and clear, warm written English
• A systems mindset, curiosity about automation and AI tools, and comfort juggling requests from several teams
• Nice to have: influencer/creator/affiliate program experience, creative operations or DAM experience, and food, wellness or supplement brand experience
