Project Manager - Multichannel Campaigns

About the role

The Project Manager owns and manages the full range of client deliverables for an assigned brand, from project planning to final delivery, covering timing, quality and budget. The role guides development of multichannel tactics and works cross-functionally with Account Management, Finance, Production, Creative, Editorial, Technology and Strategy. It sits under the guidance of the Senior Brand Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage low- to mid-complexity multichannel projects from concept to deployment, following internal procedures and tools such as WorkFront, Egnyte, Vantage/Fiori and Teams
• Update project plans in status meetings, follow up on meeting minutes and act as the point of contact for project routing, quality control and timely execution
• Manage third-party vendors and client digital teams, identify risks and escalate issues with proposed solutions
• Distribute job numbers, enter project estimates and run financial and timesheet reports
• Support Senior Project Managers and Associate Directors on scope of work, and help train junior team members
• Participate in finance meetings, review of briefs and timelines, and process optimization discussions
• Be client-facing as a content expert on timing and estimates, and support new business activities
• Handle administration: job code requests, project channels in Teams and folders in Egnyte, weekly financial tracker updates, and accurate timesheets and expense records

Required profile

• 3-4 years of experience in project management, traffic management, marketing operations or a similar role in an advertising agency
• Advanced English (written and verbal)
• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, budgets and stakeholder communications
• Nice to have: healthcare, pharma or life sciences agency experience, knowledge of Workfront, and exposure to agency financial processes and forecasting
