Digital Trafficker / Paid Media Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Trafficker / Paid Media Planner to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and continuously optimizing digital media campaigns across multiple countries to drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch paid media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust budgets, targeting, and creative assets to improve ROI.
• Manage campaigns for up to five countries simultaneously, ensuring alignment with local market goals.
• Set up and maintain Meta catalogs, audience segments, pixels, and Google Merchant conversion tracking.
• Produce regular performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Data Studio.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trafficker or Paid Media Planner.
• Degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
