Director – Identity & Security Sales Specialist, COVEC Cluster

About the role

Mastercard’s Security Solutions Organization is seeking a Director‑level Sales Specialist to lead identity and security solutions across the COVEC cluster (Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname). The role drives direct sales, expands existing client relationships and acquires new customers for the I&S portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve individual sales targets, including bookings, revenue and pipeline generation.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline for new logo acquisition and existing account expansion.
• Lead deals from qualification through close, ensuring forecast accuracy and strong deal hygiene.
• Develop deep relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with account management, product, services, customer success and partnership teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Maintain disciplined use of CRM tools, accurate forecasting and contribute to sales enablement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven enterprise sales track record in software, SaaS or technology solutions.
• Experience with fraud, risk, identity or cybersecurity solutions is preferred.
• Consistent achievement of sales quotas and strong pipeline management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and executive presence, with ability to engage C‑level stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate matrix organizations and work collaboratively across functions.
