Director, Invoice to Cash (I2C)

About the role

The Director of Invoice to Cash (I2C) will lead the global I2C function within Johnson & Johnson Global Services Finance. Based in Bogotá, this senior leader will build and manage a new worldwide team, fostering a collaborative culture while driving standardisation and simplification of invoice‑to‑cash processes across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall strategy for global Invoice to Cash activities.
• Establish and lead a new global I2C team with a focus on culture, performance and continuous improvement.
• Partner with regional Service Delivery Leads, global stakeholders and the Global Process Owner to evolve and harmonise processes.
• Drive standardisation, simplification and automation of AP/AR processes across Asia Pacific, EMEA, Latin America and North America.
• Monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance with policies and support the upcoming orthopaedics business separation.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in finance, preferably within a large multinational organization.
• Strong track record of building and scaling global teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse cultures.
• Ability to navigate complex organisational change, such as business separations.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Invoice to Cash (I2C) processes, including AP and AR.
• Experience with process standardisation and simplification initiatives.
• Strategic planning and execution capabilities.
