Director of Franchise Marketing

About the role

All USA Franchises is a free-access franchise directory and support network for franchisors and franchisees. It is looking for a Director of Franchise Marketing to help franchise brands grow by attracting new franchise buyers and increasing brand and online visibility, generating local leads and converting them into sales. The ideal candidate has at least 5 to 10 years of verifiable experience in digital marketing and lead generation for franchise brands, at both franchisor and franchisee level.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote franchisors and their franchisees.
• Help increase online visibility and exposure, and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Communicate with clients to understand their marketing goals and needs, and present marketing solutions and services.
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns, promotions and other initiatives, and help develop content and promotional materials.
• Monitor performance, build strong relationships, research industry trends and competitors, and keep accurate records of leads, campaigns and follow-ups.

Required profile

• Proven experience in franchise marketing; 5 to 10 years in digital marketing and lead generation.
• Native or fluent English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Strong communication, presentation, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, professional and able to work independently and in a team.
