Account Manager - E-commerce Marketing Agency

About the role

Hustler Marketing is looking for an Account Manager to manage its assigned clients and their stores. The role plans, briefs, monitors and executes marketing campaigns aimed at driving conversions and sales, manages the client-agency relationship, develops marketing strategies, handles client communications and writes client reports. The Account Manager leads small teams of Copywriters, Designers and Account Managers' Associates and reports to the Account Managers' Leads, the Head of Account Managers and the Service Director.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the marketing campaigns of assigned clients, about 40 campaigns per month, and lead teams of Copywriters, Designers and Associates
• Plan, develop and execute email, SMS, pop-up and flow campaigns, and improve email marketing results
• Maintain strong client relationships, hold regular client meetings and respond quickly to client requests
• Analyze consumer data and demographics, report on campaign performance (revenue, A/B testing results) and set weekly goals
• Work with the Service Department to meet KPIs and target client retention
• Act as a liaison between clients and cross-functional teams, and help identify upselling opportunities
• Take part in team calls, training sessions and performance reviews every 9-12 months

Required profile

• At least 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role and 6 months in email marketing
• Proven leadership experience, ideally leading a team of creatives
• Agency or account management experience is an advantage; previous Account Manager experience is a great advantage
• Ability to work independently, remotely, with high accountability and responsiveness

Required skills

• Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo and Google Workspace is a must
• Comfortable working in a remote environment

• Full-time commitment with an average of 140 tracked hours per month
• Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD
• Contractor status after signing a non-disclosure agreement, with an exclusivity agreement
• 30-day notice period after the first two months, which are paid at full rate
