Senior Copywriter / Ad Creative Strategist (Remote)

About the role

A remote, full-time Performance Marketer / Creative Strategist is needed to generate a large volume of winning ads that fuel 7-figure ad funnels and help new offers scale to $1M/month in ad spend on cold Meta traffic. The company sells digital products to beginners and uses a funnel of organic content and paid ads, a 20-minute VSL, a booked sales call and a high-ticket offer. The role is about creating ads, not attending meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Create ad concepts, hooks and angles aligned with each offer, and write complete ad copy for Meta ads, YouTube ads, Instagram Reels and any other paid traffic channel
• Work with editors and graphic designers to turn copy into converting ads; being able to make ads entirely by yourself is a plus
• Maintain consistent messaging from ad through VSL, page and checkout
• Bonus: write full, word-for-word VSL scripts for AI avatar, actor-read and voiceover productions, with no founder on camera
• Bonus: own the conversion narrative across the funnel and iterate with the Head of Marketing based on performance data

Required profile

• Real direct-response experience with offers, VSLs and ads, not brand fluff
• Track record of writing winning ads for scaled offers, including new concepts, not just rewrites
• Strong understanding of cold traffic psychology, especially low-ticket offers
• Clean, emotionally sharp, scalable copy; prefers deep work over meetings (~90% creation)
• Ability to own ad production end to end, from copy to directing actors or AI avatars and quality control
