E-commerce Head of Marketing (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced E‑commerce Head of Marketing to lead our fully remote marketing department. You will guide a team of specialists across pricing, private label, paid ads, social media, SEO/GEO, email, CRO and product data.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the marketing team, set direction and translate strategy into monthly goals.
• Directly manage 2‑3 team members and coordinate with independent contractors across all marketing functions.
• Prioritize workloads, monitor deadlines and hold each area accountable for results.
• Review performance of paid ads, email, SEO/GEO, landing pages and social media, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Produce clear marketing reports for leadership and streamline processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience with hands‑on work in at least four areas such as PPC, SEO/GEO, email, social media, CRO, pricing or product data.
• Minimum 2 years of team‑leadership experience with a proven track record of organized, accountable teams.
• Demonstrable results (traffic, leads, sales or revenue growth) backed by numbers.
• Strong data‑driven decision making and comfortable working remotely.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
