E2E Delivery Manager - Digital Backbone Project

About the role

Cardif Servicios is looking for a strategic, results-oriented E2E Delivery Manager in Bogota to lead the rollout of the Digital Backbone project. You will be fully responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the project's implementation across the region, ensuring that scope, integrations, testing and go-live are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Define the delivery plan and quarterly capacity aligned with the Head Office and Regional roadmap
• Lead planning and execution of UAT, data migration (pipelines and ETL), regional and local integrations, and decommissioning of legacy systems
• Ensure compliance with regulations, Head Office policies and outsourcing process management, escalating execution risks promptly
• Manage the RACI matrix (sprints, quality controls, releases) and lead the E2E Committee
• Ensure remediation of security vulnerabilities throughout the development cycle

Required profile

• Degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field
• 8 to 10 years of experience, preferably in the financial sector (insurance, banks or financial institutions)
• Advanced English, essential for regional coordination and work with headquarters

Required skills

• Advanced command of project management methodologies (PMI standards)
• Experience in process reengineering (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement)
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once and manage budgets
• Solid knowledge of quality processes, transformation and innovation
