E2E Delivery Manager

About the role

Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of the strategic Digital Backbone project for a global insurer, ensuring scope, integration, testing and go‑live are completed on time and within budget across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Define delivery plans and quarterly capacity aligned with head‑office and regional roadmaps.
• Lead UAT, data migration (pipelines and ETL), regional/local integrations and legacy system decommissioning.
• Ensure governance, compliance with regulations, head‑office policies and outsourcing processes, escalating risks as needed.
• Manage RACI matrix, sprints, quality controls, releases and chair the E2E Committee.
• Oversee security remediation throughout the development cycle.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics or related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience, preferably in the financial sector (insurance, banking or other financial institutions).
• Advanced English for regional coordination and interaction with headquarters.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of PMI‑based project management methodologies.
• Experience with process re‑engineering, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and control budgets.
• Solid understanding of quality processes, transformation and innovation.
