eCommerce Digital Marketer (Remote, Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, execution‑oriented eCommerce Digital Marketer to scale our online presence, improve user experience, and drive revenue growth. This hands‑on position works directly with the founders and blends strategy with day‑to‑day execution.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, audit, and optimize the Shopify storefront for performance and navigation.
• Design, build, and launch high‑converting landing pages for product launches and campaigns.
• Create and update product pages, ensuring new items receive strong merchandising visibility.
• Identify and fix broken links, formatting errors, and navigation bottlenecks.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on‑page SEO improvements across collections.
• Leverage generative AI tools to research, draft, and refine content, copy, and meta‑descriptions.
• Produce visual assets using Canva and other design suites.
• Track, analyze, and report core website performance metrics and consumer behavior.
• Maintain KPI dashboards covering organic traffic, conversion rates, cross‑sell/upsell effectiveness, and category growth.
• Translate data from Google Search Console and internal analytics into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Mid‑level marketer with strong fundamentals and a bias toward execution.
• Self‑starter who takes extreme ownership of projects.
• Comfortable working remotely aligned with US business hours.
• Ability to turn leadership vision into measurable results.
