Email Marketing Lead – E‑Commerce

About the role

BlueTuskr is a full‑service e‑commerce growth agency seeking an Email Marketing Lead to own and expand the email, SMS and pop‑up marketing function. This remote, hands‑on leadership position will set strategy, drive execution and build the department for agency and client success.

Key responsibilities

• Define strategy, processes, playbooks and quality standards for the email marketing department.
• Lead audits, automation, segmentation, A/B testing and lifecycle marketing across client accounts using platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot and Mailchimp.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate copywriting, campaign optimization, reporting and workflow automation.
• Represent email marketing strategy on client calls and collaborate with broader marketing teams for cross‑channel alignment.
• Report on department performance, health and deliverability metrics (DKIM, DMARC, SPF).

Required profile

• 5+ years of email marketing experience with a proven record of leading or mentoring teams.
• Deep expertise in email best practices, automation, segmentation and deliverability.
• Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp and SMS marketing.
• Analytics‑driven mindset capable of diagnosing and improving underperforming accounts.
• Comfortable speaking directly with clients and presenting strategic recommendations.
