Enterprise AI Architect – Claude Code Skills

About the role

Exadel, an AI-first global technology company, is hiring an Enterprise AI Architect to work on Claude Code Skills. The client is the world's largest human resources consulting firm, with over 25,000 employees operating in more than 130 countries. The role combines hands-on development of reusable AI skills with technical leadership over other engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with business stakeholders and domain experts to understand their objectives, processes, constraints and expected outcomes.
• Analyse business requirements, documentation, examples and templates provided by stakeholders.
• Identify workflows and use cases that can be improved with Claude Code Skills.
• Design, implement, test and maintain reusable Claude Code Skills, including clear instructions, supporting scripts, validation logic and workflow components.
• Translate complex business processes into structured, executable instructions for AI agents.
• Evaluate skill behaviour with realistic scenarios, test cases and acceptance criteria, and improve reliability and usability through iterative testing and feedback.
• Provide technical leadership: review, direction and unblocking for other engineers.

Required profile

• Strong hands-on experience using Claude Code in real software-development or business-workflow scenarios.
• Practical experience creating Claude Code Skills or comparable reusable capabilities for AI coding agents.
• Proven software engineering experience building, reviewing, testing and maintaining production-quality solutions.
• Ability to turn business requirements and domain knowledge into technical designs and executable workflows.
• Experience evaluating and improving non-deterministic AI solutions.
• Ability to own the technical shape of the whole capability: standards, shared components, evaluation and release strategy, backwards compatibility, and platform-level decisions such as agent harnesses and build-versus-adopt choices.

Required skills

• Modern AI engineering patterns: agentic workflows, tool use, prompt engineering, context engineering and structured instruction design.
• Nice to have: authoring Claude Code Skills, plugins or MCP servers; evaluation tooling such as promptfoo or LangSmith; consulting or professional services background; HR technology domain exposure; internal developer tooling experience; public artefacts such as open-source agent tooling or technical writing.
