Executive Assistant – Sales & Commercial Strategy (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our real‑estate agents and leadership team in South Florida’s luxury market. The role combines administrative support with consultative sales, commercial analysis and client‑relationship management, all from a remote base in Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client tour schedules and manage all related logistics.
• Analyze CRM data, produce actionable reports and insights for the sales team.
• Develop and execute follow‑up strategies that help close high‑value deals.
• Provide structured support to the business team with commercial insights.
• Deliver high‑quality post‑sale service to premium clients.

Required profile

• Results‑driven and commercially minded with strong analytical autonomy.
• Clear communicator with strategic thinking and a willingness to learn.
• Full professional fluency in English (C1‑C2) and ability to work weekends with two weekdays off.

Required skills

• CRM experience.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms).
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted analysis tools (a plus).
