Expert Recruiter (October Start)

About the role

VISASQ/COLEMAN is seeking an Expert Recruiter to join its new Bogotá team. You will identify and recruit industry professionals to expand our expert network, enabling clients to access timely, high‑quality insights.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source experts via LinkedIn, email, phone and targeted search strategies aligned to project needs.
• Engage professionals, present the value of participation, and manage the full recruitment cycle.
• Research industries, vet candidates, and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Coordinate timelines across multiple projects and align expert selection with client requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, persuasion and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage several outreach efforts simultaneously.
