Global Process Manager – Compensation & Benefits

About the role

Johnson & Johnson, through its DePuy Synthes division, is seeking a Manager, Global Process to lead a worldwide team within Global Services HR. The role focuses on designing, governing, executing and continuously improving compensation and benefits processes across regions, ensuring compliance and a positive stakeholder experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a global team responsible for year‑round compensation processes, including salary structures, merit planning, budget support and governance.
• Oversee year‑end compensation cycles, ensuring data integrity, compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Direct global compensation and benefits survey participation, benchmarking and data collection.
• Establish governance for data management, reporting, analytics and operational controls.
• Partner with Compensation, Benefits, Total Rewards and other HR COEs to implement policies and process enhancements.
• Drive performance management of service delivery metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead change and program management for new HR processes, technology implementations and business transformations.
• Provide HR process leadership for acquisitions, divestitures and integration activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Organizational Development or Data Analytics; Master’s preferred.
• 6‑8 years of progressive HR experience in compensation, benefits, global services or process excellence.
• Demonstrated people leadership in a global or regional environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; additional language a plus.
• Up to 10% international travel may be required.
