Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

The Recruiter will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent to support DePuy Synthes’ growth across the region. This full‑cycle recruitment position partners closely with hiring managers and ensures a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting activities: requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, internal databases, and social platforms.
• Conduct candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and report recruitment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and data‑privacy requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate‑engagement abilities.
• Fluent Spanish and proficient English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
