Fashion Paid Advertising Strategist

About the role

As the Paid Advertising Strategist, you will own the execution, performance, and growth of fashion‑focused paid campaigns for a portfolio of clients. You will align your work with clients’ business objectives, driving measurable results while operating autonomously in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership and execution of performance marketing across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and Bing platforms.
• Develop and optimize campaigns, including keyword research, bid adjustments, ad copy creation, and routine management.
• Manage client budgets, advise on budget changes, and ensure alignment with performance goals.
• Produce weekly performance recaps, insights, and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Leverage AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to enhance campaign efficiency.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of digital marketing experience, with 1‑2 years in an agency setting.
• Minimum two years of direct‑response experience in e‑commerce, lead generation, or B2B.
• Proven expertise with Meta Ads for direct‑response campaigns and hands‑on Search Engine Marketing.
• Experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Local, and Bing.
• Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
