Fashion Paid Media Senior Performance Analyst

About the role

Power Digital, an AI-native growth firm, is hiring a Fashion Paid Media Senior Performance Analyst. The role owns the execution, performance and growth of a marketing service for its most complex, enterprise-level accounts, while also mentoring the paid advertising team. It is fully remote and requires advanced English.

Key responsibilities

• Lead paid advertising strategy and performance marketing for key accounts, ensuring client goals are met
• Serve as the primary escalation point for key accounts, resolving roadblocks and driving performance
• Oversee campaign execution with quality assurance, ensure accurate budget pacing and advise on budget changes
• Apply advanced cross-channel and technical expertise (attribution, incrementality, advanced measurement)
• Maintain client testing roadmaps and project manage experiments, escalating performance risks early
• Lead proactive strategy recommendations and maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
• Mentor team members through coaching and training, and contribute to new business pitches and audits
• Leverage AI to optimize workflows and share best practices for team adoption

Required profile

• 5-6 years of digital marketing experience, 4+ in an agency setting
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on search engine marketing experience, including bid optimization, keyword research and ad copy on large accounts
• Significant campaign management experience in at least 3 of: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display, Local campaigns, Bing Ads
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Meta ads direct response campaigns
• Lead Gen and B2B experience is a plus

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid advertising
• Google Analytics and Google/Microsoft Office suite
• Advanced proficiency in at least two major channels (Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat)
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills and project management
