Paid Advertising Strategist - Ecommerce

About the role

Power Digital, an AI-native growth firm, is looking for a Paid Advertising Strategist for its ecommerce clients. The role owns the execution, performance and growth of campaigns within the strategist's book of business, working closely with account leadership on strategy and reporting, and is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Own and run performance marketing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube and Bing ads, delivering builds end-to-end on time
• Lead optimizations and manage client budgets with accurate pacing
• Run QA so there are no revenue-damaging errors, and proactively recommend strategy and test roadmaps
• Escalate performance risks early and distinguish normal fluctuation from genuine account risk
• Communicate weekly progress recaps to clients and keep testing roadmaps up to date
• Share performance insights, strategy and recommendations internally with the team, and use AI to improve business processes

Required profile

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1-2 years in an agency setting
• Hands-on experience with at least two paid channels, including campaign development, bid optimization, keyword research and ad copy
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization and project management skills
• Confident in client-facing presentations and interested in a long-term relationship with a growing company
