Finance Accounts Receivable Manager – LATAM O2C Lead

As a finance professional at Kuehne+Nagel you will manage budgets, strategic planning and oversee financial operations that enable vital services worldwide. The role supports both ordinary and special moments for people across the globe, making a tangible impact beyond traditional logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Accounts Receivable, Credit and Back‑Office functions for the LATAM region, managing direct and indirect reports.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end Order to Cash (O2C) process, including billing, collections, dispute management and customer account administration.
• Monitor KPIs such as DSO, cash forecasts and credit exposure, providing insights to senior leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation and risk‑management initiatives using AI, internal KN tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service and regional stakeholders to align O2C strategies with business objectives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable with strong knowledge of finance, accounting, credit and O2C processes.
• Leadership experience in a shared‑services or knowledge‑center environment, including performance management and talent development.
• Proficiency with SAP/ERP systems, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and digital tools, leveraging AI and KN tools for decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of leading meetings and influencing stakeholders.
• B2+ level English (required); Portuguese is a plus.
