About the role
We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Colombia office, working onsite three days a week. The role supports Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast’s strategic financial initiatives and helps shape the financial health of iconic brands.
Key responsibilities
- Risk Assessment & Executive Reporting – evaluate financial and business risks and deliver executive‑level flash highlights and insights.
- Strategic & Ad‑Hoc Business Support – provide analytical support for strategic projects, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Financial Analysis & Problem Solving – interpret complex data, identify trends, and propose actionable recommendations.
- Executive Communication & Storytelling – translate financial analysis into clear written and verbal messages for both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
- Process Improvement & Change Leadership – identify opportunities to standardise, automate, and streamline financial processes.
Required profile
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
