About the role

Lead Addi’s Capital Markets Analytics & Reporting function, owning covenant monitoring, debt and cash forecasting, and pre‑launch funding viability assessments. Build a high‑performing analytics team and embed AI‑driven automation into reporting workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve 100% timely, accurate sign‑offs on servicing reports and covenant compliance across all active debt facilities.
• Reduce cash/liquidity forecast variance to within ±3% by redesigning rolling cash‑flow and borrowing‑base models.
• Establish structured pre‑launch funding viability assessments for new products, ensuring capital efficiency and covenant readiness.
• Hire, onboard, and mentor two Senior Business Analysts to create an autonomous analytics team.
• Drive analytical alignment across Finance, Risk, Legal, and lenders to ensure compliance readiness for new credit facilities.

Required profile

• Proven track record in capital markets and structured finance analytics, especially borrowing‑base mechanics and complex covenant frameworks.
• Deep experience analyzing loan‑level financial data to mitigate covenant exposure and guide capital allocation.
• Strong ability to navigate accounting practices and regulatory constraints in high‑growth credit ecosystems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with full professional English proficiency.

• Advanced SQL querying (Snowflake, Databricks) on massive loan‑level datasets.
• Complex financial modeling in Excel/Sheets.
• AI‑driven automation and LLM‑based workflow automation.
